Registration of a Bulgarian LTD company
The 1st step for a British who wants to buy a property in Bulgaria is to open a Bulgarian Ltd company. This is necessary since Brexit as only Bulgarian and EU citizens are allowed to own land in Bulgaria. However Bulgarian legal entities are also allowed regardless of the nationality of their owner/ director. We charge £790 for the service and it includes: preparation of all documents, filing the documents in the Bulgarian Trade Register, all state fees, submission of additional documents and everything needed until successful registration of the company.
